After completing your inscription, you will receive a confirmation email of Rock The Sport containing your QR Code necessary to come and pick up your Goodie bag at Centro Comercial Zubiarte.
You can come by during following timetables:
- Thursday, 20 March: 18.00- 20.00 hours
- Friday, 21 March: 18.00-20.00 hours
- Saturday, 22 March: 10.00-20.00 hours
- Sunday, 23 March: 07.00-8.30 hours
It is important to respect, as far as possible, the time window/day chosen for collection on the The Rock the Sport platform.
If, for a reason whatsoever, you did not receive (please, check first your SPAM), deleted or just lost the e-mail with your QR Code or whatever difficulty you might experience the inscription/payment process on the Rock The Sport platform, please, contact info@rockthesport.com
The Registration Number of participants since 2013 with which we have been working with will not be asked during the new inscription process online.
Rock The Sport offers during the inscription process an optional service of protection of the inscription (Trustpilot); only when having chosen this option and under its conditions, one will be able to claim a refund.
When confirming the inscription, one will receive instructions of the protection and its conditions.
Before contracting this service of protection of the inscription, please, it is important to read carefully its conditions manifested.
If you have not contracted the protection of the inscription, you cannot claim a refund of the inscription, but you can, always before picking up the Goodie bag, change the title/name of the inscription to any other person of your choice, entering in your private zone at the Rock The Sport Platform.
On the Rock The Sport platform you can pay and give an inscription as a present to another person. This person will receive an email with the inscription already paid for, asking to fill out his/her personal data.
One person can inscribe and pay up to 10 participants online on the platform of Rock The Sport. If your group contains more than 10 persons, please send us an email to bidebike@bilbaobilbao.com and we will send you an Excel group form.
Rock The Sport, through Ingood, offers as well an optional insurance of your bike. Please it is important to read carefully its conditions before contracting it and to write soporte@rockthesport.com in case of questions or doubts.
The administrative processing of both optional services of protection is described during the inscription process.
